Hotel & restaurant Švamberský dům is located in the very heart of the ancient Český Krumlov, a uniquely preserved medieval gem of a town protected by the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1992. The hotel, situated just beneath the central square in Soukenická street, is based in one of the most ancient gothic houses of Český Krumlov which has been carefully restored to offer our guests a warm welcome after their exploits of our beautiful town. All of our en-suite rooms offer lovely yet affordable accomodation in an authentic medieval ambiance so typical for this beautiful town! The rich history of our house may date more than 500 year back, however the entire building has been lovingly restored to cater for all demands of today\'s guests. The hotel is located in the very heart of Český Krumlov just beneath the central square (náměstí Svornosti) in the Soukenická street. The beauty and all the local attractions are at your fingertips: the Krumlov castle, the historical buildings, churches and museums are all just steps away.

By bus: the bus station is located just above the historical center of Český Krumlov. Cross the main road (Objížďková) and follow Horní street onto the main square (náměstí Svornosti) and our hotel is located in the Soukenická street just bello...

By bus: the bus station is located just above the historical center of Český Krumlov. Cross the main road (Objížďková) and follow Horní street onto the main square (náměstí Svornosti) and our hotel is located in the Soukenická street just bellow the main sqaure. By train: the train station is some distance away from the center. By car: guests with valid hotel reservation can enter the town, although normally it is a car-free zone. Please take a print out of the reservation with you! From the main road (Objížďková), turn right at the traffic lights into Horní street, pass the narrow stone bridge and drive accros the main square (náměstí Svornosti) into the small street in the left bottom corner of the square. There you can temporarily park your car, unload your luggage and check-in. At check-in, you will be given a map with detailed instructions on how to reach the guarded parking space nearby.
